The views from this hotel were absolutely breathtaking, with a tranquil setting right on the river. The location was perfect for a peaceful business trip. The large rooms were well-equipped with comfortable beds and sofas, ensuring a relaxing stay. The extra touches such as complimentary cupcakes, hot chocolate station, and breakfast ingredients were greatly appreciated.

The front road traffic was quite busy, which could be distracting at times. It was necessary to drive to explore the surrounding areas, as there were limited walking options.

had a fantastic stay in Tiverton, Devon. The Annex exceeded our expectations with its lovely touches and great facilities. The cream tea was amazing and the dog-friendly atmosphere made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing getaway.

Heating system was a bit off.

the Annex had everything and more, with lots of lovely extras like brownies, ingredients for a cooked breakfast, and a hot chocolate station. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the tranquil setting. I especially enjoyed the friendly greeting from the owners' dog and the opportunity to feed the ducks and ducklings. the location was amazing, right on the river, and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all! 😊.

The view from the hotel was breathtaking, right by the river and very peaceful. the atmosphere of the place was lovely, with a cozy fire and welcoming touches like freshly baked brownies. the check-in process was convenient and hassle-free.

The heating system was difficult to figure out and we were left feeling freezing throughout the night. there were numerous spiders in the room which made us quite uncomfortable.
